CLOTHING Wear form fitted clothing in solid colors (preferably dark). All clothing and shoes must be clean – and don’t forget to carry a lint roller with you. Check out our Model Uniform guidelines.

SWIMWEAR/UNDERWEAR In case you need to show your body, bring a bathing suit/swim trunks or you can shoot in your underwear. Like your clothing, stick with dark solid colors. Your bathing suit or underwear should be clean, in good condition, and flattering to your figure.

PUSHUPS You muscle guys should take a few minutes to do some pushups right before you shoot, and also in between shots. It pumps the blood into the muscles, giving them extra definition.

BODY LOTION Make your skin glow by applying some body lotion or a small amount of oil on to your skin. The shine will help define your muscles.

MAKEUP Although agents and clients want to see bare faces, a little concealer under the eyes or on a pimple, some powder to get rid of any shine, or even a light application of mascara is perfectly acceptable.

LIP BALM Last thing you want in your digitals is dry, cracked lips. Lube them up with some chapstick!

GROOMED HAIR Make sure you always have a comb or brush with you, as well as some hair product. Nothing makes digitals look messier than un-brushed or flyaway hair. Most importantly, make sure your hair looks clean, and carry some dry shampoo with you in case.

SLEEP Puffy eyes, sallow skin are not the ways to promote yourself in digitals. If you know that you are going to visit your agency; make sure you get enough sleep the night before.

POSES Unless you are directed into specific poses; remember to change them up, as well as your expressions. Your personality and skills need to shine!
